We have used Kue-S Services to provide cost estimation services on a number of projects, ranging from a $6m mausoleum to a $0.5m industrial complex. I have had a long relationship with Ken from 1998. He has been accurate with assistance on a broad range of construction projects that include residential, civil and industrial buildings. The projects include estimates for a 1,700 unit residential development in Townsville of $300m (2007), a hospital, retrofitting 6 heritage buildings $17m (1999), 62 unit development for $16m (1998), a land subdivision of 86 free standing houses $55m (2000) and many luxury houses over the past decade ($800k to $1.5m). Ken’s accuracy is consistent whether it is for small works or larger projects. Ken remains my first choice as a Quantity Surveyor for large or small projects as I move into the 15th year of relying on his services.
